All in all really good stay. It's the best place in Chinnakanal, I do recommend it to all.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in the scenic area of Chinnakanal in Munnar, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is commendable, from the well-maintained rooms to the beautiful view of the mountains in the backyard. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and provided exceptional service during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

The location of the hotel where we stayed was breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by tea gardens and scenic mountains. the staff were also very helpful and welcoming, providing good suggestions on sightseeing. the room was facing the valley which was great, and they provided hot water 24/7. they had a beautiful garden where kids can play.

The food quality could have been better, especially the dinner.

They even arranged a special trip for us to explore the highest tea plantation in the world. Lastly, the rooms were in good condition and provided basic amenities. I also enjoyed the delicious Indian style breakfast they served.

They were too small to comfortably accommodate a family of four. the lack of clear information about the hotel's location and some of the amenities was a bit frustrating.

Although the location was great, transportation could be an issue as it was quite far from the city center and other sights. the food options were limited and could have been better.
